Items and options you would like below. If you would like appliqués added to the
collar and cuffs include the number of cuff and color in the comments box. I will
review the orders and call to finalize details within a couple of days.

+ $35--- Custom leather Cuffs w/ appliqués you can wear with any shirt. Velcro on.
