
| A southerly view of the facilities from the north driveway entrance 11 acres of land with a private 300 GPM well provides excellent water for the barns as well as irrigation for the fields. There is a separate well for the house. The soil is well drained sandy loam, there is no clay on the property. |
| - Stalls are 12' x 12' with attached 24' x 48' runs - Stall floors have rubber mats with compacted 3/4 minus rock underneath - The wood is coated with a sealant to preserve the wonderful color - Stall fronts are half-grills with openings for the horses to look out - The stable has tall ceilings for good ventilation, with no hay storage above! - Concrete aisle ways are 12' wide for easy access to the stalls - The washrack and tack room are located in the center of the stables for easy access from any portion of the barn. - Water is plumbed into each stall for ease of watering |
| - Clear span all steel construction - 4' high wooden kickwall around the interior of the building. - For ease of watering, pop up sprinklers are installed inside the top rail of the kickwall! - Energy saving fluorescent fixtures provide bright lighting for the entire arena. |
| - Features 16' sidewalls and an 8" thick concrete floor - The 14'h x 12'w sliding doors are tall enough for dump trucks and hay trailers - Extra Fire safety is provided by having the hay and sawdust stored in a separate barn, away from the horses |
| - Each person that boards their horse at the stable is assigned their own tack locker which can be padlocked for added security - Lockers are equipped with a saddle rack, several bridle racks and enough space for a tote to store other misc items |
| - Hot and cold water are available in the wash bays - Thick rubber mats cover the textured concrete floor - For easy access, the wash rack is conveniently located right across from the tack room. |

| - The arena has a 4" deep sand footing, over well a drained base, so it has No Mud! - The arena features poly-coated horse safe vinyl fencing - A 60' round pen with sand footing is also available for use year round |
